| We recommend consuming milk thistle in a period of 8 – 12 weeks and having a 2 – 3 week break between these periods. Milk Thistle has been shown to cause headaches, digestive upset, and potential nausea. Recordings of this are very rare and only seen in high/toxic doses. |
