It takes the existing worldwide best-selling fitness supplement, creatine, to the next LVL by combining the most studied form, Creatine monohydrate, with two other highly effective forms (Creatine HCl and Creatine Magnesium-chelate).

Then we’ve added Highly Branched Cluster Dextrin (HBCD) to optimize the absorption of all three Creatine forms, as carbohydrates have been long shown to improve creatine absorption and HBCD is one of the easiest to absorb carb sources and pairs perfectly as a workout fuel source with your pre- or intra, or for replenishment post-workout.

The only drawback we found (and remedied) is that GAA requires methylation and methyl groups to convert to creatine via the GAMT enzyme. If the supplement was just GAA alone, it could elevate Homocysteine levels, BUT we provide a 1.5-gram dose of TMG (tri-methyl glycine) to facilitate that conversion and nullify any risk.

TMG also has been shown to help improve exercise resistance, tissue oxygenation, and cognitive function – so, pretty good ‘side benefits’ for the co-factor ingredient we added to facilitate GAA!
