Suggested Use

As a dietary supplement, take 6 capsules with a glass of water once daily for 10 days. DO not exceed more than 6 capsules every 24 hours. Drink 6-8 glasses of water daily while taking Stage Ready. Do not take more than 60 capsules in 30 days.
