1. Eligibility for Refunds
• Unopened and unused items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Items must be in their original packaging and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Opened or used products cannot be refunded for hygiene and safety reasons, unless there is a quality issue.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• We may require photo evidence or the return of the product for inspection.
• A full refund, store credit, or replacement will be issued based on the situation.
