HOW TO USE?
Mix 1 scoop of HYDE Nightmare with 6-8oz of water. Consume 15-30 minutes prior to intense training or competition. Assess tolerance by taking ½ scoop the first time. Do not consume within 4 hours of bedtime. Do not take any other products with caffeine or stimulants while taking HYDE Nightmare.
