How to Use and Nutritionals
- Mix one serve (1 scoop) with 200ml cold water in a shaker. Consume after training and between meals 2-3 times per day.
- Mix two to three serves with water and sip every few minutes throughout the day. This provides a constant stream of muscle building amino acids to your body.

Protein Content Statement: Our protein content and percentage is listed ‘as is’ including the natural moisture content of the powder which lowers the overall protein percentage. Other brands often list ‘dry weight’ protein content which is around 4-5% higher than ‘as is’ but is not a real-world accurate measure.
